We are seeking an innovative and experienced Instructional Designer & Technical Trainer to join the Technical Enablement team. You will play a critical role in equipping teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in onboarding customers, implementing complex solutions, and driving partner success with our SaaS platform.

Our ideal candidate is learner-centric, has an ability to synthesize various inputs, works well in an agile course design and development process, has a passion to gain a deep understanding of SaaS implementation and professional services workflows, and creates learning experiences that apply adult-learning best practices. You are curious and comfortable asking questions, a self-starter, problem solver, and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with SMEs to identify learning objectives, design learning experiences (both synchronous and asynchronous), and develop content that meets the needs of the topic and role. Learning modalities may include (but aren’t limited to) coaching and mentorship, job aids, e-learning, instructor-led, and hands-on activities/projects.

  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods

  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

  • Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments

  • Facilitate instructor-led training and workshops (virtual & in-person)

  • Work with SMEs to ensure learning resources reflect the latest product capabilities and best practices and meet learner needs

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
