Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with an app-based ride share and food delivery company to hire an Instructional Designer - Sales.
Although this is remote, preference is given to candidates located near a hub city (Washington DC, Miami, Phoenix, New York City, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, Seattle)
This is a 6-month remote contract. The pay is $65-$75/hr (based on experience).
You will work Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with flexible hours to support different time zones (Europe, Asia, etc.)
Job Summary:
The Delivery business will launch a new Configure, Price, Quote, and Contract Lifecycle Management Tool in 2025. To ensure thorough training and long-term adoption, the Central Sales Training and Enablement team is adding Sales Systems Training Facilitators and Program Managers to lead training implementation and manage long-term system adoption. In this role, you will utilize your training facilitation skills and drive change management with our commercial teams. The ideal facilitator is technical, energetic, driven, and a self-starter with experience in large-scale systems implementations, especially with customer-facing teams. You will manage the training experience by leading instructor-led trainings, ensuring pre-and post-work is completed, and providing ongoing support and retraining as needed for commercial teams.
Responsibilities:
As a Program Manager, you will own the design of training materials, track progress, and coordinate with stakeholders. You will conduct training needs analysis and customize content to align global standards with local market needs.
Manage the day-to-day implementation of a large-scale systems rollout for a dedicated team of commercial reps, including:
