Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to design and develop training materials and curricula for program implementation across targeted audiences.

You will create web-based training, self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, and evaluations, and collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions and assess learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communication, Education, Instructional Systems Design, Training & Development.
• 2+ years of experience developing e-learning (computer-based, web-based, online).
• Utilize ISD learning theory to solve learning and performance problems.
• Experience developing instructor guides, student manuals, workbooks, and related materials.
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led training.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.

Requirements

• Utilize current ISD Learning Theory to solve complex learning and performance problems
