Job summary
Disney Vacation Club Learning & Development seeks an Instructional Designer to partner with SMEs and leaders to analyze needs, design learner-centered experiences, and deliver content across e-learning, ILT, virtual, and blended formats.
You will use ADDIE, storyboards, scripts, and job aids to create engaging content, leveraging Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and related technologies while upholding Disney standards and accessibility.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of instructional design or related experience.
- Experience designing learning solutions across multiple modalities (ILT, virtual, e-learning).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and e-learning authoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning experiences that build knowledge and drive business results.
- Design, develop, and deliver solutions using ADDIE and other ID methodologies.
- Measure effectiveness using assessments, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
