Job summary

National Grid in the United States is seeking two experienced Instructional Designers to design and deliver learning solutions that improve safety, compliance, and performance across our workforce. You will create instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, microlearning, and blended programs, partnering with stakeholders to close performance gaps.

You’ll develop learning pathways, curricula, assessments, and job aids, manage projects from concept to deployment, and leverage modern learning

Qualifications

Experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.
Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile Learning Design.
Experience conducting needs analyses and partnering with stakeholders to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
Consult with business leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
Create learning pathways, curricula, assessments, and job aids with measurable outcomes.
Manage learning projects from concept through deployment, balancing priorities and deadlines.
Leverage modern learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions to enhance learner engagement.
