Job summary

First American is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design and implement learning content for instructor-led and digital formats. You will collaborate with SMEs, sponsors and learners to define objectives and deliver effective training solutions.

The role emphasizes ADDIE/ARCS/Bloom's methods, multi-tasking, and clear communication across teams, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment.
• Information Mapping/DocuTools Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build commercial quality learning content using ADDIE, ARCS and Bloom's models.
• Perform needs analysis and communicate requirements to levels across the organization.
• Gather data to determine effective learning methods for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with SMEs, sponsors and students to meet objectives.
• Present complex information using effective instructional methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Track employee performance and outcomes of training.
• May recommend training methods.
• May participate in LMS administration and course maintenance.
