Job summary

The Maersk Group is seeking an enthusiastic Instructional Designer Intern to support our training programs in a dynamic warehouse setting. You will help design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training sessions and online learning, including video creation, to ensure employees meet company standards through hands-on training and assessments.

As an intern, you will collaborate with stakeholders, assist with scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing of video content, and contribute

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Instructional Design, Operations Management, Video Creation, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse or operational environment and safety procedures is a plus.
• Strong interest in instructional design and engaging training materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse workforce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Create online learning content, including video-based training, using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Vyond.
• Assist with video creation: script writing, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
• Help design training sessions and train-the-trainer programs for onsite managers and staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training routines and best practices.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure trainings align with current standards.
• Support management of physical inventory to ensure training operations run smoothly.
