Job summary

Akraya is seeking an instructional design professional to design and develop engaging, performance-based learning and enablement solutions for onboarding and ongoing sales development. You will apply ADDIE, adult learning theory, and AI-enabled learning to create measurable experiences across VILT, eLearning, simulations, and microlearning, leveraging Articulate, Camtasia, and GenAI tools.

Remote-friendly; 6-month contract; $50–$53/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Instructional Design and learning development.
• Hands-on experience with the ADDIE process and adult learning principles.
• Experience designing eLearning, VILT, blended learning, microlearning, simulations, gamification, and job aids.
• Proficiency with Articulate and/or similar eLearning development tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or comparable content development tools.
• Experience using GenAI or AI-powered tools for learning design and content development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance-based courses and training materials using adult learning theory and the ADDIE process.
• Create engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including VILT, eLearning, simulations, microlearning, gamification, blended learning, job aids, and AI-driven learning paths.
• Leverage GenAI and AI-driven tools to personalize learning paths and create adaptive learning experiences.
• Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, and Camtasia to develop engaging training and learning materials.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand learner and business requirements and develop solutions tailored to different audiences and learning styles.
• Design learning experiences that enable sales teams to effectively communicate the value proposition of client's products, platform, and services.
• Develop specifications and requirements for media production, including videos, webinars, podcasts, and other learning assets.
• Design assessments, skill checks, and feedback mechanisms to measure learner understanding and training effectiveness.
• Partner with Agile teams, Sales Excellence, Technology, Data, Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, HR, SMEs, and other stakeholders to align on onboarding priorities and learning solutions.

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for designing and developing

engaging, performance-based learning and enablement solutions to support the onboarding and continuous development of sales consultants. The ideal candidate will apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory, data, and emerging AI technologies to create measurable learning experiences that build the knowledge, behaviors, and skills needed for sales success.
