Job summary

The Habit Burger Grill, part of Yum! Brands, seeks an Instructional Designer for hybrid work based in Irvine, CA. You will create, maintain, and improve training materials for an online and blended learning environment, reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development.

Expect some local travel to support on-site needs. Responsibilities include project management, design and development of learning modules, video production, and continuous improvement based on evaluation data and SME

Qualifications

• 3+ years instructional design experience required.
• BA/BS in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, English, or related field.
• Proficient in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise).
• Experience in video creation/editing and producing engaging learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Project management: coordinate multiple training projects with deadlines.
• Design and develop eLearning content and performance support materials.
• Create engaging learning materials using Storyline, Rise, InDesign, and MS Office.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
