Qualifikationen

• 5+ years developing curricula, instructional materials, assessments, eLearning content, and job aids.
• Experience designing training for large-scale system implementations, healthcare or government preferred.
• Partner with SMEs and leaders to create workflow-based training content.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Translate workflows into effective learning experiences.
• Excellent writing/editing/visualization of instructional content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and technical teams.
• Proficient with MS Office 365; familiar with LMS and related tools.

Aufgaben

• Designs and develops tailored training curricula and instructional materials aligned to workflows and system functionality.
• Maintains Curriculum Revision Log for version control and traceability.
• Collaborates with SMEs, trainers, deployment teams to ensure content accuracy and readiness.
• Ensures materials adhere to adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
• Supports QA reviews and updates curriculum based on feedback and system changes.
• Contributes to training strategy and continuous improvement of learning products.
