Job summary

DBV Technologies in the United States seeks an Instructional Designer for a project-based contract role in Learning & Organizational Development. You’ll design learning architecture, sequences, facilitator guides, and assessments grounded in our internal framework.

This 1099 engagement targets 20–30 hours/week, with preference for Warren, NJ but open to remote work, enabling real organizational impact through AI-enhanced design.

Qualifications

• Studied instructional design, learning theory, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design learning experiences with clear objectives and sequencing.
• Experience applying AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in design workflows.
• Strong plain-language writing without jargon.
• Ability to work independently within a defined framework and style guide.
• Availability for 20–30 hours/week for the engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design learning architecture for training modules, including objectives, sequencing, practice and assessment design, and facilitator guides.
• Build training materials using AI tools as a core workflow component.
• Align designs with existing values/competency framework and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR Leaders to tailor learning objectives for teams and leadership sessions.
• Maintain internal ownership of L&OD content and avoid reliance on external vendors.
• Contribute to broader L&OD roadmap as priorities evolve.
