Job summary

Flatiron Health, Inc. is seeking an Abstraction Training Associate to design and build training content for our remote clinical data abstraction workforce.

You will train nurses, tumor registrars, and CRO professionals to maintain high quality and efficiency across thousands of clinics and hospitals. You will collaborate with Clinical Data, Clinical Quality, and Abstraction teams, developing learning interventions and adopting AI-assisted tools to improve training workflows in a hybrid New

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience designing and implementing training programs for adult learners
• Knowledge of creative training techniques and accelerated learning
• Experience designing asynchronous learning solutions for remote workforces
• Experience with multimedia and e-learning authoring software (Articulate, Captivate)
• Familiar with LMS (Docebo) and SCORM asset management
• Attention to detail and strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and build training content with Clinical Quality, Clinical Data, and Clinical Abstraction teams using data-driven approaches
• Identify gaps in abstraction training and develop targeted interventions
• Support internal Data Capabilities teams by delivering learning solutions
• Develop and share best practices for knowledge management, training, and process documentation
• Explore and leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline content development
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve Abstraction Training workflows
