Job summary

Roth Staffing, the #1 staffing firm to work for in the U.S., seeks an innovative Instructional Designer to collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and our training team to design learning experiences across eLearning, instructor-led content, videos, and virtual classrooms.

This largely virtual role offers 100% remote work, a salary range of $75,000–$95,000, and benefits including 401(k) with company match and opportunities for growth within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in adult learning, curriculum design, or training.
• Experience in the staffing industry preferred.
• Proven experience in development and delivery of course curriculum.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to organize, analyze, summarize, and present complex information.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks.
• eLearning experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Cornerstone, LMS system a plus.
• Experience utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline & Rise, Camtasia, Audacity and Well Said Labs.
• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and our training team to design learning activities.
• Create and continuously improve learning experiences using quality training content including eLearning, instructor-led content, videos, and virtual classroom design.
• Develop tool kits, study guides, and performance aids.
• Support various initiatives and growth through instructional design.
• Work in a largely virtual environment with a focus on delivering remarkable experiences.

What Do We Look For?

• Candidateslocatedin any U.S. state other than AK, HI, ND, ME, WY, VT, and SD

• Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills.
