We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Remote Instructional Designer V. This 3-month contract may extend or convert if located near a company hub.

Our client seeks a creative Instructional Designer passionate about developing engaging eLearning and instructor-led experiences. The team develops a world-class onboarding program and a robust train-the-trainer program, with a focus on enhancing content with gamification and creating supplemental materials.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables.
• Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing content for enhancements supporting learning goals.
• Design and develop content using Instructional Design best practices with interactivity and gamification.
• Incorporate feedback to meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in instructional design or strategy preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Experience with Vyond animation software or similar
• Experience with Synthesia for video editing and animations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Organized, creative, and a problem solver passionate about learning and company culture

Pay Range

• $83.01 to $88.01 per hour, depending on location, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
