TPI Global Solutions is seeking an instructional designer I for a fully remote role with occasional on-site Michigan meetings. You will craft engaging eLearning and classroom content, applying adult learning principles and design methodologies to meet learner and business needs.

You will design and develop courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond, manage LMS workflows, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate training materials. Strong writing and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
  • Experience working within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, research, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with standard style guides.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond.
  • Launch, test, and validate learning content within the LMS.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop accurate training materials.
  • Perform writing, research, editing, and content reviews while following established style guides.
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders and the training team.
  • Generate quarterly reports on itemized training costs for billing purposes.
  • Support additional instructional design and training-related activities as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Instructional Designer I with strong instructional design and project management skills to develop and maintain engaging training solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective eLearning and classroom training content. This person will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet learner and business needs.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates located in Michigan's Lower Peninsula are preferred so they can attend occasional onsite team meetings when needed. Onsite meetings are expected to be rare.

Key Responsibilities
