Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create and develop impactful learning experiences for campus and home office employees. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training that can be delivered both in person and virtually.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for healthcare background and a certified instructional designer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years experience in instructional design or related field.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Instructional Design Certification (e.g., APTD or CPTD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging instructional materials.
• Creates and implements training programs delivered in person and virtually.
• Develops course content, lesson plans, and training aids tailored to campus and home office employees.
• Evaluates and assesses the effectiveness of training programs and makes improvements as necessary.
• Utilizes instructional design models and best practices to ensure high-quality content delivery.
• Works with Lead Instructional Designer to align training with organizational goals and objectives.
• Keeps current with industry trends and incorporates innovative learning approaches.
• Manages and updates training materials reflecting policy and procedure changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Job Summary

• Works closely with the Lead Instructional Designer to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
• Remains current with industry trends and incorporates innovative approaches to learning and development.
• Manages and updates training materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree

Experience: 1-3 years

Healthcare Experience preferred

Licenses and Certifications

Instructional Design Certification (e.g., APTD or CPTD) preferred

2+ years of relevant experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
