As an Instructional Designer, you'll partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and L&D team members to identify performance needs and deliver innovative learning solutions. You'll own the end-to-end instructional design process, from initial scoping to content development to delivery, creating blended learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Education, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced environment.
Portfolio required: Applicants must include a link to their instructional design portfolio on their résumé or attach a portfolio demonstrating relevant instructional design projects and work samples.
