Instructional Designer. This role is fully remote!

• This is a year long W2 contract with benefits offered
• In this role, you’ll be responsible for building high-quality learning content across formats : decks, asynchronous courses, bite-sized learning, and facilitator guides. You’ll also experiment with AI-powered design workflows and help shape how the client deliver's learning in a rapidly evolving landscape. What You Will Be Doing Design practical, relevant AI-related learning for a global employee audience (technical and non-technical) Build multi-format content : decks, async learning, live session kits, and facilitator-ready guides Translate abstract or technical topics into sharp, engaging learning experiences Leverage AI-powered tools and design practices to work smarter and faster Collaborate closely with the TED team and cross-functional stakeholders across the AI Education program Conduct AI learning needs analysis in partnership with senior leaders Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of proven instructional design experience and a portfolio that shows you can deliver high-impact learning content Proficiency with common ID tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise, Adobe Suite, LMS platforms) Experience creating content for a broad global audience, including technical and nontechnical employees Desired Skills Exposure to gaming, entertainment, or fast-paced digital product environments Experience with Coursera course builder Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / vets.
