Aldridge Electric is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement learning solutions that close performance gaps in project management, safety, and leadership. This on-site role in Des Plaines offers potential hybrid work after 90 days to ensure proper training.
You will collaborate with internal clients, SMEs and leaders to translate business objectives into effective learning programs, across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and video formats.
As a key member of the Talent Management Training team, the InstructionalDesigner will support the training and educational needs of the organization bydesigning, developing and implementing appropriate learning solutions to fillperformance gaps and support new initiatives for project management, safety, andleadership development.
This role requires you to be onsite at our Des Plaines office. There is eligibility for hybrid work after 90 days to ensure proper training.

The annual base pay for this role is between $80,000 - $100,000. The actual pay isdependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training,transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
