Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Learning Experience Designer in Chicago to design and develop performance-based learning solutions that improve capability and business outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, create engaging digital and instructor-led learning, and develop eLearning using Storyline and Rise.

The role requires managing multiple projects and evaluating learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design performance-based solutions.
• Develop digital and instructor-led training using Storyline, Rise, and other authoring tools.
