Job summary

ProKatchers LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Learning & HR Operations professional to create training courses, track LMS attendance, and maintain a reliable information source across spreadsheets and documents. The role involves drafting communications from templates and distributing them to candidates, while collaborating closely with the team in a time-sensitive environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in L&D or HR Ops, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development or HR Operations.
• Experience creating learning courses and tracking attendance in an LMS.
• Maintain a source of truth with spreadsheets and documents.
• Create communications based on templates and send to candidates.
• High attention to detail in a time-sensitive role with strong organizational system.
• Collaborative team player who asks questions when needed.
• Experience with ServiceNow queue management and familiarity with Salesforce.

Job description

• 2+ YOE in Learning and Development or HR Operations.
• Creating learning courses, tracking attendance in an LMS, maintaining a source of truth with spreadsheets and documents
• Create communications based on existing templates and send them out to candidates.
• High attention to detail, very time sensitive role, needs to have a strong personal organization system
• Highly collaborative with other team members, is a team player, not afraid to ask questions
• ServiceNow - queue management programs, similar to salesforce
• Smartsheets - similar to Air Table or Excel, used to track session details and attendance
