Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience for Specialist II role.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Specialist III requires 5–7 years and CPTD/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Experience with instructional design, surveys, and qualitative data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.
• Update training materials and manuals; review materials from instructors.
• Maintain records of training activities and assessments; evaluate program effectiveness.
• Prepare and present training programs using group discussions, lectures, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with LU leadership and HR to align with strategic plan and biblical worldview.
