Description
Learn how to turn ideas into engaging learning experiences that help employees succeed. As an Instructional Design Intern at the Utah Transit Authority, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in instructional design, curriculum development, adult learning principles, e-learning, and workforce training while working alongside instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts. You’ll contribute to the development, design, review, and revision of training courses and materials, creating engaging learning content, activities, assessments, job aids, presentations, and other resources for employees across UTA.
