Job summary

ABB offers an internship focused on instructional design and training development in the United States. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operations and manage training requirements, including online courses, webinars, and face‑to‑face content.

You will conduct needs assessments, partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create trainer materials, storyboard accessible solutions, and tailor content to customer needs.

Your Role

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Instructional Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Teaching/Training, or related fields in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate between $20 and $34, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
• Note: Internships at ABB within the United States are not eligible for company-sponsored medical benefits, 401(k) contributions, or paid time off.
