Job summary

ABB is seeking a motivated student intern in Instructional Design or related fields for a hands-on training role in Memphis or remote in the United States. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and help create and maintain training content.

You will design and update e-learning modules, how-to videos, webinars, and face-to-face content with Instructional Designers, focusing on improving the customer journey and delivery concepts.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Instructional Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Teaching/Training, or related fields in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate between $20 and $34, based on qualifications, graduation year, and experience.
