The Instructional Design Analyst works under the supervision of the Training & Optimization Director as part of the Information Technology Team. The role supports software implementations, new functionality rollouts, and employee and provider training. The primary responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, developing training plans for EPIC and other clinical/ancillary applications, environment build/prep, supporting go-live processes, and assisting help desk support as needed. The goal is to ensure end-users have the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to perform their jobs effectively and provide high-quality patient care. The analyst prepares and presents training plans and materials and conducts classes on patient-care systems and enterprise-wide applications. Excellence in customer service and teamwork skills are essential. The role also involves developing tools for providers and staff to optimize healthcare delivery while maintaining security and efficiency.
