A leading non-profit Charter Management Organization in Detroit seeks an Instructional Coach to support teachers in implementing high-quality curriculum and improving instructional practices. This role focuses on driving student achievement, particularly in reading, and requires a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate and significant teaching experience.

NPFE manages all phases of school design, planning, and program implementation, serving 2,100 students in Detroit, Michigan.

Position Overview
The Instructional Coach supports teachers in NPFE's Educator Development Institute (EDI), focusing on implementing high-quality curriculum across content areas, improving instructional practices, and driving student achievement, particularly in reading. The coach will work under the supervision of the Director of the EDI and will help close achievement gaps and accelerate reading learning.
