Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking an Instructional Specialist to develop, implement, and evaluate instructional programs that improve student learning outcomes in K-12 settings.

Collaborate with educators and administrators to ensure curriculum alignment with state standards and to support effective instructional practices. Provide professional development, coaching, and resources to teachers while improving instructional quality and student achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required.
• MA degree preferred.
• Need to obtain Education Leadership Cert or Principal Cert.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and revise curriculum materials to align with state standards and educational best practices.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to teachers to enhance instructional practices.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions.
• Analyze student performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to support school improvement initiatives.
