New London Public Schools is seeking a dedicated education professional to strengthen instructional practices district‑wide. You will coach teachers, model effective methods, and support literacy, writing and mathematics across the curriculum.
The role requires a valid CSDE educator certificate, at least five years of classroom experience, and strong leadership and collaboration skills. Bilingual ability in Spanish or Haitian Creole is highly desirable.

To strengthen and align instruction to instructional standards and learning outcomes determine by the CT State Frameworks, district curriculum and to work in a consultative fashion with building and district administrators.
