Yuba Community College District is seeking an Instructional Associate for an 11-month position to support student success. The role involves providing instruction in basic skills, coordinating tutoring services, and developing curriculum-aligned activities across the center.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with faculty to manage daily operations, supervise student workers, schedule tutors, and assist with program reviews and SLO/SAO assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in language arts, math or related field.
• Two years full-time experience in adult-level skills development program.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and assistance to students in basic skills, computer operations and basic academic skills.
• Develop lesson plans and activities to implement curriculum.
• Coordinate with instructors to manage day-to-day operations and supervise tutors.
