You will work with students one-on-one and in small groups, help develop and implement lesson plans, and assist with supervision to ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The role requires at least 48 college units, strong communication, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 48 college units and strong communication skills.
• Organized, creative, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused lessons to individuals or small groups identified through MTSS.
• Tutor students in various subjects and track progress.
• Maintain student records and communicate growth to teachers and MTSS team.
• Supervise students and support a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in 1:1 or small group testing administration.
