Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with the student and teacher.
• Ability to use and teach alternative communication methods such as sign language, visual aids, or communication devices.
• Patience and empathy in supporting the student’s learning and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with the student and teacher to support daily instruction.
• Teach and reinforce alternative communication methods as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of the student’s progress.
• Assist with behavior management strategies and interventions.
• Be adaptable to the student’s changing needs and learning styles.
• Comply with NJDOE Criminal History Clearance requirements prior to start of employment.
