Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 48 units completed or passing of Paraprofessional Test.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom systems and help manage student behavior to keep students engaged in learning.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and activities aligned with California State Standards and Aspire Guidelines.
• Assess students regularly and analyze assessment data.
• Collaborate with Aspire team members to improve instructional practices.
