Job summary

Spring-Ford Area School District is seeking a devoted Instructional Assistant for the Autistic Support program at the 10-12th Grade Center in Royersford, PA. The role entails assisting students with remedial work, independent studies, and enrichment activities to support their instructional needs.

This full-time, 10-month position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required.
• Must meet paraprofessional Highly Qualified Requirements: associate degree or 48 credits or pass local assessment in reading, writing and math.

Full Time 10-month position available at Spring-Ford 10-12th Grade Center. This position will be in Autistic Support.

• Experience working with students with special needs is preferred but not required.
• Must meet the Paraprofessional Highly Qualified Requirements: All individuals entering the paraprofessional field are required to be Highly Qualified. Individuals are required to hold an Associate's degree or higher, or have earned at least 48 credits post-secondary training or have passed a rigorous local assessment in reading, writing and mathematics.

Hourly Rate: $20.50/hour

Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
