Job Title: Refugee School Impact Grant Instructional Aide (Part Time) Afterschool Program
Location: Camp Curtin, John Harris, Lincoln, Melrose & Steele
Reports to: Director of English Language Development
The program involves tutoring on Mondays and Tuesdays for 2 hours after school, focusing on English Language Development, STEAM, and Mindfulness activities. Additionally, the role includes teaching coping skills to manage the impact of traumatic events.
Minimum Qualifications:
Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, based out of Harrisburg School District buildings.
Salary and Contract: $17.24 per hour, not to exceed 300 hours in the grant year, for the 2025-2026 School Year.
Specific Responsibilities: Assist in planning STEAM and Mindfulness events, deliver curriculum resources, organize summer camps, and work directly with scholars.
