You will identify growth opportunities, guide clients through services, and ensure seamless transitions for acquired businesses.

The role requires deep knowledge of institutional wealth markets, strong relationship-building, and a proven track record in business development within financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of practical Institutional Wealth experience or 10+ years with HS diploma.
• Valid Series 6/63/65/66 and life/health insurance licenses or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Strong knowledge of investment markets and retirement plan, philanthropic markets.

Responsabilités

• Promotes Bank's institutional services to a range of clients and generates referrals to hit sales goals.
• Cultivates partnerships with associates and teams to achieve sales results and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represents Bank in the community to promote services and create referral opportunities.
• Coordinates activities between Bank administrative teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions of acquired businesses.
• Understands Qualified Retirement Plan Market and Philanthropic/Charitable Market to support client needs.
