Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a senior institutional wealth professional to acquire clients, promote retirement plans, asset management and related services within a hybrid role in Florida. You will build partnerships, represent the bank in the community, and coordinate seamless transitions for acquired businesses while navigating complex client needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in institutional wealth, plus securities licenses and insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Practical Institutional Wealth Business (Administration or Sales) OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Practical Institutional Wealth Business (Administration or Sales)
• License or Certification: Series 6, 63, 65 or 66, and state-specific life and health licenses within a specified timeframe. Understanding of investment markets and qualified retirement plan market and philanthropic & charitable markets

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition - Promotes institutional services to diverse clients and generates referrals to achieve sales goals.
• Partnership - Cultivates strong partnerships with associates and team members to achieve sales results.
• Community Outreach - Represents the Bank in the community to promote services and cultivate referral opportunities.
• Coordination - Coordinates activities between the Bank's teams and clients for a seamless transition of acquired businesses.
