The Institutional Support and Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in providing high-level operational support for the Institutional Effectiveness & Research Office (IER). This position is responsible for ensuring optimal process efficiency, data quality, and policy adherence across colleges, schools, and departments. Key duties include understanding and documenting business processes, collaborating with Analytics and Decision Support (ADS) on reporting and data analysis, and partnering with IT on academic projects. Additionally, the role involves collecting, inputting, and managing data to ensure accurate and timely reporting, providing training and support to academic units, and continuously monitoring and improving academic processes.
The working environment in which one will typically perform the essential functions of this position is a climate-controlled office setting. It is well lighted, and the noise level is moderate.

Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, along with University needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarks may be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity to ensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensation structure.
