Job summary

Santa Fe College seeks an IR Developer and Analyst to collect, organize, maintain, and report institutional data. The role supports institutional strategy through data-driven decision making and collaboration across College units.

The incumbent will work with ITS to define data parameters, extract datasets, and ensure data confidentiality. Responsibilities include developing descriptive analyses, preparing analytic reports, and presenting findings to internal and external audiences, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework emphasizing quantitative reasoning and two years of data analytics/SQL experience; six years in lieu of education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal, external, and ad hoc data collection, reporting, and analyses to support institutional strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate with college areas to assess programs and events using descriptive statistical analyses.
• Develop reports and presentations for internal/external audiences, including state/federal governments.
• Partner with ITS to define data parameters, query criteria, and extract datasets from SIS and data repositories for analytics.
• Extract, transform, load, and analyze large data sets across IR, ITS, and College systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data and follow procedures for data handling.
