Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust Advisors, a WSFS Company, seeks a Portfolio Analyst to support centralized portfolio solutions and model portfolios across client accounts. This role emphasizes investment research, strategy implementation, and portfolio oversight within an institutional focus.

You will work with the Investment Research & Strategy team to optimize trading platforms, enhance efficiency, and drive scalable processes. Strong Excel and analytics are essential, with Series 65 preferred or required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Series 65 license required or ability to pass within 3 months of hire.
Knowledge of investment markets, portfolio management, asset allocation and research concepts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Support delivery and management of centralized portfolio solutions within the firm’s goals-based framework.
Maintain portfolio management and trading system databases for model portfolios.
Monitor model adoption, asset ownership, and portfolio strategy implementation.
Analyze accounts for model eligibility and assess capital gain/loss impacts.
Partner with Investment Advisors to facilitate model adoption and documentation.
Assist in tactical asset allocation shifts, rebalances, and strategic changes.
Develop expertise in portfolio trading and management platforms to boost efficiency.
Support optimization of portfolio management tech and workflows.
Execute account-level transactions to support objectives.
Prepare reports and conduct directed analysis under supervision.
