A leading nonprofit organization in New York City seeks an Institutional Giving Coordinator to support fundraising efforts. The role involves managing grant portfolios, coordinating communications campaigns, and collaborating across departments. POSITION SUMMARY
The Institutional Giving Coordinator will join a 13-person fundraising team raising approximately $15 million annually from individual donors, foundations, institutions, corporate sponsors, and government sources to support our free programs in New York City parks. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Giving and supporting the Manager of Institutional Giving, the Coordinator will help maintain and grow a portfolio of approximately $3.5 million in grants from private foundations, corporate foundations, and government agencies.
The Coordinator will also serve as a project manager on a special grant-funded project through mid-2026. The role will have a key responsibility coordinating the development of a communications campaign aimed at raising awareness of City Parks Foundation’s community building programs, including Partnerships for Parks and the NYC Green Fund.
COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
