Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time work experience in mass food production in institutional food service.
• Equivalent education with two years of college coursework in dietetics, nutrition or food management.
• Current state employment in the executive branch with related Cook roles.

Responsibilities

• Procure, store and issue food service supplies with FIFO to maintain inventory.
• Prepare raw ingredients by chopping and slicing following recipes for meals.
• Supervise incarcerated workers and enforce sanitation and safety protocols.
• Deliver meals, maintain temperatures, and keep accurate inventory records.
