Role Description

We seek a full-time, highly motivated and organized individual who can excel in an institutional equity sales environment at a top-tier Korean securities firm in New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the equity sales team in advising institutional investors by gathering research, market data and relevant public information.
• Participate in preparing corporate access activities such as roadshows and conferences
• Organize client account activities and databases
• Communicate actively with research and sales trading teams at the home office of the parent company
• Progress to equity sales role will be considered after successfully proving required skills and passing FINRA exams

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in finance and/or sales preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field
• High interest in the institutional brokerage business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken required

Salary Range

• $60,000 - $80,000 + discretionary bonus
