Bank of America in Chicago, IL is seeking a Client Relationship Manager/CSR to serve as the main contact for Futures & Options and OTC clearing clients. You will manage trade/position activity, foster relationships, and field market inquiries across derivatives.

The role requires superb client service and a proactive approach to risk and reporting. The position emphasizes strong communication, ownership of tasks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with institutional clients.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in futures and options markets.
• 1-3 years of client facing experience.
• Strong communication and leadership required due to frequent interaction with business partners and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks/processes with minimal supervision.
• Ability to evaluate risk elements in client-facing role and ensure controlled tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with client execution and clearing for futures/derivatives on global markets.
• Knowledge of industry rules, regulations and best practices.
• Experience covering large institutional clients while supporting cleared derivatives.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with set-up and onboarding for new clients, expanding client relationships, and offboarding clients.
• Conducts daily monitoring of client activity across multiple markets and lines of business.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and problem resolution.
• Ensures transactions are completed accurately within a timely manner and before deadlines.
• Assists in the preparation of frequent reports and other measures of data.
• Interacts positively and effectively with all levels of management and associates.
• Identifies and flags potential risks in a timely manner.
