Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Client Relationship Manager/CSR to be the primary contact for institutional clients dealing in Futures, Options, and OTC clearing. You will support trade and position management, relationship management, and field market inquiries across the derivatives space, serving top-tier clients with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or client-facing roles.
• Experience communicating with clients and partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of futures and options products and clearing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for client queries on trades, positions, lifecycle events, and reporting.
• Act as central point of contact and coordinate with internal teams to respond to client questions and escalations.
• Drive client meetings with priority accounts to review metrics, issues, and strategic focus areas.
• Coordinate access requests to the Mercury portal and maintain up-to-date client data.
• Support self-service initiatives and reduce manual processes via portal analytics and tools.
