Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to accelerate the CoinDesk Data business in the Americas.

You will lead the full sales cycle with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and crypto-native firms, leveraging a deep fintech network. Must possess strong knowledge of digital assets, proven dealmaking, and the ability to tailor data feeds and APIs to complex infrastructure.

Formación

• 5+ years of institutional sales experience in fintech, market data, or digital assets.
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystem, market infrastructure, on-chain metrics, and regulatory principles.
• Well-developed network of institutional C-suite connections within the assigned region.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close complex data or index licensing deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to simplify complex concepts for institutional buyers.
• Proficient in AI, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Territory Expansion: drive net new business in assigned regional coverage, building complex relationships with institutional clients.
• Full-Funnel Sales Management: qualify and close opportunities, manage robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Product Consultative Selling: demonstrate knowledge of CoinDesk offerings and tailor to infrastructure needs of institutions.
• Client Relationship Retention: act as regional liaison for long-term partnerships and ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align regional feedback with product roadmap with global teams.
• Compliance & Marketing Alignment: work with marketing and legal/compliance on localized materials and regulatory adherence.
• Pipeline Hygiene: maintain data integrity for sales activities and forecasts in Salesforce.
