Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a food service staff member to prepare and serve high quality meals in a hospital setting. You will assist with large and small scale cooking, baking, basic food prep, cleaning and stocking of food service areas.

Properly operates institutional equipment and adheres to infection control guidelines to prevent contamination. Preferred qualifications include experience in kitchen prep and quantity cooking; Serve Safe Certification is required within 90 days

Competenze

• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking, quantity food cooking experience or experience working in an institutional food services department.
• Serve Safe certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer.
