The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Food Service Manager in California to lead large-scale food preparation and service operations.

You will work with the Food Service Manager to plan menus, manage inventory, ensure quality, and train staff in a correctional facility environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in quantity food production in a commercial, military, or institutional setting, with strong communication and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• College credits or relevant technical training in food service preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience in quantity food production in commercial, military, or institutional setting.
• Must be able to communicate production/service requirements to all personnel.

Responsibilities
