Job summary

Index Fund Advisors, Inc. (IFA) seeks seasoned client-service professionals to support institutional relationships with fiduciary care and precise service.

You will serve as primary service contact for institutional clients, coordinate documentation and reporting, and work closely with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to prepare materials for meetings, ensuring timely follow-through and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional client service, investment management, wealth management or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional judgment, discretion and a client-first mindset.
• Familiarity with investment accounts, custodial platforms or portfolio reporting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service contact for institutional clients
• Respond promptly and professionally to client requests
• Coordinate account documentation, reporting and service activities
