Qualifications

• Internship or 0–2 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
• Interest in insurance asset management and institutional investing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support client inquiries by gathering information, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate, timely responses regarding portfolios, performance, and compliance topics.
• Assist in preparing portfolio reporting packages, client presentations, and customized analyses, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and client-ready.
• Help monitor investment portfolios to ensure compliance with client-specific investment guidelines, internal risk limits, and regulatory constraints. Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and investment teams to investigate and resolve any issues.
• Support regulatory reporting activities, assisting in data preparation, documentation, and accuracy checks for required external filings.
• Contribute to process improvements, including data management enhancements, workflow optimization, and implementation of best practices across the Client Services function.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end client service delivery and consistent client experience across the firm.
• Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of institutional marketing materials, pitch content, and data requests for prospective and existing clients.
